The three robots are designed to automate semiconductor material handling across cleanrooms, production equipment, floors and factory areas. Visitors will be able to explore how YOUIBOT combines cleanroom compatibility, low-vibration transport, flexible navigation and intelligent fleet management to support reliable semiconductor manufacturing.
The OW12-300 is a semiconductor mobile manipulation robot developed for the automated handling of 12-inch FOUPs, FOSBs, Metal Cassettes and other compatible carriers.
Designed for ISO Class 3 cleanroom environments, the OW12-300 combines omnidirectional mobility with automated carrier loading and unloading. Low-vibration transport of ≤0.5 g helps protect sensitive wafers during movement, while wireless charging supports continuous 24/7 production.
The robot can be deployed across multiple stages of 12-inch semiconductor manufacturing, helping fabs connect process equipment with flexible, automated material flow.
The OW8-350 is designed for semiconductor front-end material handling, particularly in production environments with narrow aisles and high equipment density.
Its compact, omnidirectional design enables stable operation in aisles as narrow as 650 mm. The robot supports efficient carrier handling, with loading and unloading completed in as little as 25 seconds.
With ISO Class 3 cleanroom compatibility, low-vibration movement and wireless charging, the OW8-350 enables reliable 24/7 operation while reducing the need for manual carrier transportation.
The ATS6F is an enclosed wafer carrier transport robot designed for movement between cleanrooms, floors and factory areas.
Its sealed transport chamber and integrated FFU maintain an internal ISO Class 5 environment, even when the robot travels through non-cleanroom areas. This helps protect FOUPs, FOSBs and other sensitive carriers throughout cross-area transportation.
The ATS6F can navigate elevators, air showers, long corridors and other complex routes, enabling semiconductor manufacturers to automate material flow beyond individual cleanrooms.
Together, the OW12-300, OW8-350 and ATS6F create a connected approach to semiconductor material handling:
-ISO Class 3 cleanroom compatibility for equipment-level handling
-Internal ISO Class 5 environment for cross-cleanroom transportation
-Low-vibration transport of ≤0.5 g
-Automated handling of FOUPs, FOSBs and other semiconductor carriers
-Omnidirectional movement for narrow and complex production environments
-Continuous operation supported by automatic charging
-Material traceability and centralized fleet management
-Flexible deployment across front-end and back-end semiconductor workflows
By integrating mobile robots with production equipment, elevators, automatic doors, air showers and factory software systems, YOUIBOT helps semiconductor manufacturers build scalable automated material handling systems.
