YOUIBOT will exhibit at Logis-Tech Tokyo 2026, taking place from September 8 to 11 at Tokyo Big Sight. Visitors can meet the YOUIBOT team at Booth E8-S05 and explore a diverse portfolio of industrial mobile robots for semiconductor manufacturing and general industrial logistics.
The exhibition lineup will include the OW12-300 cleanroom AMR, L300-Smart and L1000 lifting robots, and the new MoMa Base, which will make its exhibition debut at the event.

Making its exhibition debut, MoMa Base is a standardized autonomous mobile base designed for collaborative robot integration and mobile manipulation applications.
The platform features omnidirectional movement, a multi-layer safety architecture, and wireless charging as standard. By providing an integrated and ready-to-use mobile platform, MoMa Base helps manufacturers and system integrators shorten development cycles and reduce the complexity of building mobile manipulators.
It can support flexible applications such as machine tending, material handling, mobile inspection, and workstation-to-workstation operations.
The OW12-300 is designed for the automated transport and handling of 12-inch wafer carriers, including FOUPs, FOSBs, and metal cassettes.
With ISO Class 3 cleanroom compatibility, omnidirectional movement, and automated carrier exchange, the OW12-300 supports reliable material flow in semiconductor production environments. It helps fabs automate wafer carrier transport while meeting the requirements of high cleanliness, precise docking, and continuous operation.
The L300-Smart is a 300 kg underride lifting AMR designed for material delivery in narrow aisles and space-constrained production areas.
With a compact 550 mm-wide body, the robot can travel beneath compatible racks or trolleys, lift them, and deliver materials directly to production lines or workstations. It provides a flexible option for automating line-side delivery and work-in-process transport with limited changes to existing facilities.
With a payload capacity of 1,000 kg, the L1000 is designed to transport large racks, heavy components, and industrial materials.
The robot can support heavy-load material flow across automotive, electronics, machinery, and other manufacturing environments, helping companies reduce manual handling and establish safer, more consistent intralogistics processes.
Manufacturing facilities often need to automate multiple material flows rather than a single transport task. These may include cleanroom wafer carrier delivery, line-side replenishment, work-in-process movement, heavy-load handling, and robotic operations at different workstations.
