YOUIBOT Robotics will exhibit at the 3rd Kyushu Semiconductor Industry Exhibition, taking place from September 30 to October 1, 2026, at Marine Messe Fukuoka in Japan.

At Booth A3-60 in Hall A, YOUIBOT will present a portfolio of autonomous mobile robot solutions designed to automate material handling across semiconductor manufacturing environments—from precision tool-side transport to movement between cleanrooms, floors and production areas.

A major highlight will be the first showcase in Japan of the advanced integration between YOUIBOT’s OW and ATS series.

Connecting semiconductor material flow across the fab

Semiconductor manufacturing involves a wide variety of transport requirements. Materials must move safely and efficiently between production equipment, cleanrooms, floors and different process areas, while strict requirements for cleanliness, stability and operational continuity must also be maintained.

Traditional fixed automation can be difficult to adapt when production layouts or process requirements change. Flexible AMR-based material handling enables semiconductor manufacturers to automate individual processes first and gradually expand toward a more connected, factory-wide transport system.

At the exhibition, YOUIBOT will demonstrate how its OW and ATS series can work together to connect precision tool-side handling with interbay, inter-cleanroom and inter-floor transport.

This coordinated approach helps manufacturers create a more flexible and scalable semiconductor material handling system without relying entirely on fixed transport infrastructure.

OW12-300: Automated 12-inch FOUP and FOSB handling

The OW12-300 is designed for automated transportation and loading or unloading of 12-inch FOUPs and FOSBs.

With omnidirectional mobility and a low-vibration design, the robot can move flexibly around production equipment and operate efficiently in space-constrained semiconductor manufacturing environments. It supports cleanroom applications up to ISO Class 3 and can interface with production equipment for automated material transfer.

The OW12-300 is suitable for precision transport within semiconductor front-end and back-end manufacturing processes.

ATS6F: Long-distance transport across cleanrooms and floors

The ATS6F is designed for high-capacity semiconductor material transport over longer distances and between different production areas.

It can support both fully automated and operator-assisted loading and unloading, allowing manufacturers to select an operating model that suits their current level of automation. The system can also work with elevators, air showers and other factory infrastructure to support transportation across cleanrooms and floors.

An optional clean-air configuration is available for applications requiring a controlled transport environment.

L300-Smart: Compact AMR for factory intralogistics

The L300-Smart is a compact under-riding AMR designed for flexible intralogistics automation.

With a payload capacity of up to 300 kg and a body width of just 550 mm, it can operate in narrow production environments while transporting racks, carts and other materials between processes.

The L300-Smart provides a practical option for manufacturers seeking to automate general material movement alongside semiconductor-specific transport applications.

From individual transport tasks to connected automation

YOUIBOT’s semiconductor AMR portfolio is designed to address more than a single transport task.
