AT FULFILMENT STRATEGY – GOODS-TO-PERSON (CLUSTER/BATCH PICKING)

Instead of pushing a trolley to collect all the items of one order, operators are now assigned to station at their aisles/zones.

YOUIRPS – THE ROBOT PICKING SYSTEM

YouiRPS system receives orders from business systems, divide them into Pick Lists and delegate tasks to AT robots. AT travels to the corresponding SKU locations where operator in charge will only be responsible for picking the items in this aisle following the instructions displayed on screen.

Pick More, Pick Faster

AT can be assigned to fulfil multiple orders in different containers at the same time (cluster picking), or to retrieve same SKU of multiple orders from one location (batch picking). At completion of all task, AT travels to packing station where staff will finish packing the orders, thus completing the Goods-to-Person process.
